SPONSOR BACKGROUND
Sponsor has strong banking background, specifically focused on evaluating bank exposure and disposing of distressed debt and assets during the 2008 recession. Sponsor began investing in real estate full time in 2013 and has since started numerous successful real estate companies. The most notable investment strategy has been to utilize banking knowledge to purchase distressed real estate secured debt from banks, foreclose on to obtain control of the assets and then stabilize to produce substantial returns.
